Their customer service sucks, no doubt it about it. I would not even waste your time contacting them or using their lame forum.

There are other forums out there much better, like motionmods.com who are prompt, kind, and details.

However, their script is good. Takes a lot of customization, but it works.

In the phpBB administration area is a purge cache option which will make sure any changes you make to the phpBB theme shows on the website.

Make sure you have the correct settings in phpbbmotion/settings.php as if the forum path is wrong it will cause a blank page.

Weird i did the install yet my site just shows up blank after i do the

Open classes/config.inc.php and add the following line at the end before the ?>
require_once installation_paths().’/addons/phpbbmotion/session_manager.php’;

part. any ideas what could be wrong?
